Buying a liquid filling machine from China is a different exercise from a Western or Japanese brand: the value concentrates at the entry and mid tiers, the accuracy figures are often thinner, and the real work is verifying the certificate, the demonstrated fill accuracy and the service — not the brochure.
This 2026 edition ranks ten Chinese liquid filling and dosing builders across piston, vacuum, aseptic and water filling. Note: this is an independent editorial ranking — no sponsored placements are included.
Ranking methodology
Each entry is evaluated on four dimensions plus two China-specific checks:
- Technical capability — breadth of filling principle (piston, vacuum, aseptic, gravity, flowmeter).
- Market presence — installed base, export record and listed-company status where applicable.
- Equipment reliability — demonstrated against the manufacturer’s own published specifications.
- Data verifiability — every figure below carries a citation; where a figure is not published we write “Not published” rather than estimate it.
- China-specific: certification traceability — whether CE/ISO claims are verifiable.
- China-specific: specification disclosure — whether output and fill accuracy are published; absence is itself a selection signal.

Cost benchmarks: Chinese liquid filling FOB
Chinese builders concentrate at the entry and mid tiers — a compact piston filler sits in the low tens of thousands of USD, while a high-speed rotary or aseptic line runs far higher. Always quote with your product, container and fill accuracy target, and add freight, validation and tooling separately.
Buyer beware: the 4 China-specific pitfalls
- Certificate claims that are not verifiable. Ask for the CE/ISO certificate number and verify it against the issuing body.
- Unpublished fill accuracy. Many builders do not publish accuracy; require a witnessed fill on your product.
- Service reach outside China. Confirm who commissions the line, where spares ship from, and the response time for your region.
- Validation documentation. IQ/OQ/PQ and metrology certification may be excluded; clarify who writes them.
5 questions to ask before you buy
- Can you verify the CE/ISO certificate number against the issuing body? A claimed certification that cannot be verified is not a certification.
- What fill accuracy do you guarantee, and how is it measured on my product? Ask for the sampling plan and measured deviation.
- Can you run my product at production speed and show me the fill-weight data? A witnessed run is the only proof that matters.
- Is the fill subject to legal metrology, and who provides the documentation? Confirm IQ/OQ/PQ and metrology certification.
- Who commissions the line and where do spares ship from? Confirm service reach for your region.
