5 questions to ask before you buy
- What is the measured case/layer output on my pack and pallet pattern, not the brochure figure? Ask for a witnessed run.
- Which discipline (case packing / palletizing / shrink wrapping / cartoning) am I actually automating? Match the machine class to the job.
- How long is a format change, demonstrated by my operators? Time a real changeover.
- Does the machine pace my upstream line, or add its own bottleneck? Confirm the sustained output with your line speed.
- Can you run my pack and pallet pattern and show me the case/layer integrity data? The witnessed run is the only proof.
