The Ulma TSA 680 is an automatic tray sealer from the TSA series, designed for MAP and skin-pack sealing of preformed trays in meat, fish, cheese and prepared food. It uses servo motion for tray transport and sealing, with interchangeable sealing tools and recipe storage for mixed-format production.
The TSA series scales from the compact TSA 540 to high-output models, with the 680 positioned as the versatile automatic tier: enough output for industrial processors, small enough footprint for mid-size plants. Options include automatic de-nesting, gas analysis and vacuum skin tooling.
Ulma supplies the sealer as part of complete lines — flow wrap, thermoforming, labelling and weighing from the same group — which matters when the downstream equipment must pace the sealer.
