Proseal GT2s is an automatic tray sealer engineered for high-output MAP lines in protein, produce and ready meals. It pairs servo-driven sealing heads with tool-less tool change, so a format swap that takes an hour on a conventional sealer is reduced to minutes. The machine supports MAP gas flushing, skin pack and seal-only formats, and feeds directly into weigh-price labellers or lane dividers.
Typical specifications: speeds depend on tray size and format, but GT2s-class machines are specified where a single sealer must serve two to four downstream lanes. The frame is washdown-rated for food plants, with guarded access and recipe-driven changeovers.
For buyers, the GT2s is the reference point for mid-to-high-speed tray sealing: benchmark it against Sealpac A-series and Mondini Trave on tool-change time, film waste and lane flexibility.
