The Hualian FR-900 is a continuous band sealer: two heated bands carry filled bags through the machine, sealing the film while coding the date in the same pass. It is one of the most widely deployed bag-closing machines worldwide — the default entry point for food, chemical and hardware packers moving beyond a hand impulse sealer.
The FR-900 seals PE and PP bags at speeds around 0–12 m/min with adjustable temperature, and options include ink coding, Teflon band upgrades and stainless frames for food use. Hualian, from Wenzhou, China, exports the FR series globally at price points far below European equivalents.
Buyers should treat the FR-900 as a commodity-grade continuous sealer: perfect for dry, non-critical packs; for vacuum or MAP requirements move up to chamber machines and tray sealers.
